This recipe is for those who love spicy. I have used the sharp small green chilies. you can use a milder variety of chilies i.e. Bhavnagri chilies which are long thick green chilies. Fennel powder In this Pickle, green Chilies are Sauté with fresh cream, sugar, and spices to balance the spice level.

Green Chilli Pickle

Ingredients
- 100 grams Green chilli
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ cup fresh Cream
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1pinch Asafetida
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1teaspoon Fennel powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Pinch of fenugreek powder
- 1-2 teaspoon chat masala or amchur powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the chilies thoroughly and dry.
- Remove the stalk and chop them in small chunks.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add asafetida, fenugreek powder, cumin seeds and sauté for a while.
- After this add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and fennel powder and Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add green chilies to the masala and stir well. Also, add salt, sugar, and chat masala and amchur Powder.
- Mix well, cover and cook the chilies for 2 more minutes on low flame.
- Stir the chilies and add cream to it.
- Keep stirring constantly and cook for a minute. Creamy Chili Pickle is ready.
