Instant Capsicum Rice

This Instant Capsicum Rice is a quick fix when we are short of time and have left over rice. The recipe is a mix of roasted capsicum and ginger garlic paste. If you stock up cooked rice to make some instant meal like veg fried rice or some variety rice. The flavor of Roasted capsicum is the highlight of this instant capsicum rice. Why is this called instant? Its because the Instant Capsicum Rice just needs 3 minutes to be ready and can be serve with Raitha.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1 teaspoon of cumin 3 green chilly, chopped finely 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste 1 cup of cooked rice
Method: Instant Capsicum Rice
Heat a wok with 3 tablespoon of oil.
Once the oil is smoking, simmer the flame and add green chilly and capsicum.
Add salt and fry well till capssicum turns crisp and starts browning on the corners.
Now add ginger garlic paste and toss well for a minute till the raw smell leaves.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Serve the tasty instant capsicum rice with raita.

Notes: Capsicum should get well roasted and the rice will get that smoked capsicum flavor.
