This is a video of our lastest install. The unit is a Navien tankless boiler combo capable of both domestic heating and potable water. This model is 95% aflue (for every dollar you spend 5 cents goes up the chimney). That has help saved this home owner about 40 square feet of floor space in an aready cramped basement. In this particular aplication this worked for the owner two fold as the basement flood’s at least once a year. That costs them a service call on the burner every time.
