saturday, i spent the entire day shopping.... seriously! it's always great having an enormous pile of gift cards and spending money without feeling guilty. plus, there was mother-daughter time in there which is always nice :) i picked up some nice outfits and a dress for my cousin's wedding this summer, which is being held in louisville, kentucky! while i was at the mall, i picked up jeremy a little easter present. a bar of soap from anthropologie. it's their honey and almond soap that he refused to buy because it was $8. you should have seen his face light up when i gave it to him, haha. sunday, was easter of course. jeremy and i met my family at 11am mass, and then spent the afternoon at my parents. there was tons of yummy goodies including cake pops :) and you can never have an easter without a traditional butter lamb! after our first round of food, we headed to jeremy's side of the family, where again we indulged in more delicious food, and played games. i had a wonderful weekend spending time with the family, and for once didn't feel rushed!
