Type of art: oil on canvas
Note: The Al-Khazneh temple (meaning "The Treasury" in Arabic) could only be approached from the Siq passageway at the time of the painting. Carved out of sandstone, it is believed to have been the mausoleum of the King Aretas IV Philopatris (1st century AD).
