inji tea with milk | kaiyenthi Bhavan inji tea is easy and daily making routine tea in our home. I thought of sharing this as many of my friends requested to post some beginner recipes as well. when comes to this ginger tea with milk, I solidly remember the taste of tea from a tea shop near thirubhuvanam. Whenever we travel through that place, we stop there and drink the extremely spiced ginger tea from that tea stall. There is no name for that tea stall. But if you enquire nearby definitely they will guide you to find that shop. They prepare using freshly minced ginger.
My dad also likes that way of adding more ginger to the tea and feel the spiciness. It is good for digestion. If you feel the amount I mentioned is too spicy, you can reduce the measure. But I am sure this ginger tea is no fail one.
I already posted plain ginger tea with lemon. You can check that also.
