is within a church. Bring someone who has never even been to a church.

music. Other Christians who critique have no clue what they are talking

Having said that, I 8767 ve heard that a lot of men are especially disliking the modern style because they don 8767 t relate to the emotion expressed.
A friend of mine refers to modern 8766 Christian 8767 music as 8775 God is my boyfriend 8776 songs. Really. The lyrics are hardly about Jesus Christ and what he has done for us. The focus is more often focused on how WE feel, how much WE love an object which can easily be applied to a lover rather than to God.
Make a joyful noise unto the belong to a traditional church with mainly traditional hymns, although our music director is trying his best to make the music more modern and upbeat. I like a little gospel thrown in and a tune that I can tap my foot or clap to if I am so moved once in a while.
