Humans have been learning. Once we learned to produce fire. Now we have even learned to live without it in the search for beautiful black beauties for the palate. Here is a collection of cold brewed coffees, some of which have just been presented in the Grub Street New York.

These – I reckon – will soon be competing in my mouth for placement.
