In season – Baked wild mushrooms recipe

Few weeks ago I posted the “Fried wild mushrooms recipe” at the beginning of the wild mushrooms season. Today I’m gonna explain how to make the “Baked wild mushrooms recipe”, and although the first one it’s delicious because the mushrooms are very tender and the taste of the wild leek adds a country touch, the truth is that this one is my favourite, but you can give your opinion.

This easy recipe takes about 30 minutes between preparation and cook. It’s perfect as a starter, Tapa or side dish and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients (for 4 people):

- 250gr of wild mushrooms

- 5 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Ecotravadell

- 3 garlic

- Salt

Preparation:

First of all, clean the mushrooms and cut their stem. Put the mushrooms in a clay tray (they are very popular in Spain and it’s the best way to cook them, but if you don’t have any clay tray you can cook it with a normal baking tray), then add the olive oil and the garlic diced.

Finally, put everything in the oven preheated to 200º for about 20 minutes, and this great, rustic and easy to do recipe is done in just 30 min! Enjoy!
