Step 1. START A DAILY FACE WASHING ROUTINE, IN THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT

  • Wash face with a gentle cleanser
  • Use a tone
  • Moisturize
  • Remove your makeup every night

Step 2. TREAT ACNE

  • Salicylic acid get or toner
  • Benzoyl peroxide lotion or spot treatment
  • See a dermatologist
  • Face masks or pore cleaners

Step 3. DON’T PICK AT YOUR PIMPLES

  • Picked zits cause blemishes
  • Picked pimples can leave scars behind
  • Don’t touch your face

Step 4. ONLY USE FRESH MAKEUP AND BRUSHES

  • Wash your makeup brushes often

Step 5. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

Step 6. SLEEP SMART

  • Change your pillowcase at least once a week
  • Pull your hair back
  • Get your beauty rest

Step 7. MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIET AND EXERCISE ROUTINE

  • Eat foods that give you the right kind of energy
  • Do whatever exercise makes you feel good
