Southern Louisiana is a beautifual place with several state parks for camping, canoing, and walking. Here are pcitures of Chicot State Park which has woods for walking and swamps for canoeing and fishing, including a long fishing pier. There are cabins for rent and we are staying here now after attending the wonderful Festival Acadien in Lafayette for great Cajun and Zydeco music and tasty food. Boating this afternoon.
