OUTER BEAUTY ...I would suggest Harpers Bazaar (UK). Many of the September issues of the glossy magazines like VOGUE (UK) are really good and a must read for many of us. But one that stood out in quality and content, being packed with lots of reading, fabulous layout, über great fall fashion, good interviews and lots of interesting people, is Harpers Bazaar. This is my weekend reading. Have a fab one!
