Job was at Mulgrove Road , Dollis Hill London NW10. Boiler was low pressure so I increased it to the correct pressure. Boiler is in a permanent lockout mode. According to the manufacture ” INTERNAL FAULT WITHIN THE PCB – REPLACE PCB” . I remember one merchant said this is one of the worst PCB’s. He might be right. Well any PCB is worst. Too hard to test..Too expensive to replace. But I can replace it and get the boiler running……But client said ” I am fed up wi dis boiler, British Gas couldnt sort it out, they’ve gave me a quote to replace the boiler after X’maz, I cant wait, datz why I rang Age Concern, and they recommended you”. We replaced the boiler the next day, £ 500 cheaper than BG. Merry Xmas & Happy New year!
