From Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks in Richmond comes their "Icarus Mosaic Saison". The beer pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma consists of tropical fruits, citrus, spices, wheat and yeast. The flavour is very juicy with tropical fruits, tangerine, citrus, citrus rind, wheat, yeast and a hint of spices. The alcohol content comes in at 7% with an IBU of 35. This is not your standard saison but in all the right ways. If you are going to bend styles you have to do it right and Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks does it very well!
