It’s Friday again. Yet this week has felt more like a day, and with two showers next weekend, there’s lots of little tasks that still need to be done. So, I’m sure the week ahead will feel more like an hour than seven days. Even with a hectic week behind and ahead of me, it is Easter this Sunday after all, and I’m going to take the day off, relax and spend it with my family, over lunch celebrating the day and my cousin’s birthday with this cake. The weather here in New Jersey has been up and down, but the sight of flowers and blooming trees is what’s been keeping me going lately.
