Summer officially starts on Sunday, the longest day of sunshine in the year, and this year it’s Father’s Day. It’s definitely felt like summer before the official start of the season, but after finally have a break from planning events, it feels like summer even more! And the things that have been getting my attention and inspiring me, scream summer! After snacking on homemade tortilla chips from my soon-to-be cousin’s bridal shower, I’ve been craving fresh Mexican food, especially
grilled seafood tacos.
