Another month, another I Feel Good challenge. Here is what Vicky had to say about the challenge "You know sometimes when you spend ages getting ready for a night out, an event or even just a blog post, and the reflection in mirror isn't what you hoped? This challenge is for those times when you look in the mirror no pre planning involved, and think "I look good today". We all have our good days and our bad, but this challenge is to record those good days and to remember that confidence, at any size, is beautiful."
I can say at the moment, i do not feel good. Three and a bit weeks of a kidney infection has broke me, my blood tests also showed that my immune system was on the low side meaning i am run down and my body is struggling to fight this infection. I am exhausted and overloaded with antibiotics. The doctor has ordered me to rest so that is what i am going to do. I took this picture earlier today, make up free and my hair tied up, i might feel like crap but i still have the energy for a selfie.
