Yes that is me in my underwear. I'm sorry if you are eating when you saw that. I think this is the most naked i have ever been on my blog and it really was an impromptu photo, one night i was getting ready for bed and looked at myself in the mirror and thought 'do you know what girl, you look alright' i had no make up on and my hair is tied up but this is me stripped back (literally) and showing the world what i really look like, roll and all.
On a side note, i think this picture is perfect for #BodyConfidenceWeek on Twitter (search the hashtag). Body confidence week is all about being proud of your body and sharing your love for it, showing those that think your body is 'wrong' that it is wonderful and fabulous and that you have nothing to be ashamed of and that actually you love it and want to share it with the world, it is also there to help those who don't feel so confident about their bodies learn to try and love them one step at a time, and if me, a fatty in my undies doesn't do that, then i don't know what will.
