In this hung curd with strawberry recipe we have pureed the fresh strawberries with homemade hung curd to get a silky smooth dip that can be served as a dessert to your baby.

Hung Curd with Strawberry

Hung Curd with Strawberry is a delicious fruit puree with an appealing color. It boosts the immune system and can be a healthy addition to your baby's diet.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Strawberries – 2
  • Homemade hung curd – 1/4 cup

Method:

1. Wash the strawberries well under running water. Pat dry. Hull (remove the green top) the strawberries using a knife and chop them roughly.

2. Transfer the chopped strawberries in a grinder jar and pulse to get a lump free puree.

3. Add this puree to the hung curd and whisk well.

4. Serve the delicious strawberry in hung curd to your baby immediately.

METHOD
