This is How GM Diet Plan Works from Day 1 – Day 7:
Day 1:
Day one of the GM diet plan is the day of fruits. You are advised to consume only fruits except bananas, whenever you feel hungry. The rule is to keep your stomach full and have fruits whenever you feel you are hungry. If you stay hungry, it means that you are not following the diet properly. If it is possible, have lots of water melon and cantaloupes. It is said that if you take in only melons, you can lose 1 kg weight on the first day itself. You may have other fruits also like oranges, apples, pears, strawberries, papaya, peaches, pomegranates, custard apple and so on. Drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water is also necessary.
Day 2:
On the second day you have to take only vegetables. You may have it cooked or uncooked. Do not use oil when you cook the vegetables. You can have any vegetable you prefer, for example you can start in the morning with a boiled potato and then have cooked vegetables in the afternoon. You can also make salads by adding a number of vegetables like cucumber, carrots etc. Along with the vegetables you are to drink 8 to 12 glasses of water. The fiber contained in the vegetable induce proper bowel movements and make your digestive system clean. By the end of the second day you will feel very enthusiastic. You will feel lighter in body and energetic.
Day 3:
On the third day of GM diet plan you can have both fruits and vegetables. Again there is no restriction on the amount that you take in. You may have as much as you would like to have, and remain without feeling hungry. One thing to remember is that you must avoid talking in potatoes and bananas. Fruits and vegetables along with 8 to 12 glasses of water is what you will have on the third day. By the third day your stomach will get accustomed with all the fruits and vegetables that you take in and you will not feel any discomfort, except that you will have to visit the toilet frequently. This will flush out all the toxins and unwanted wastes from the body and makes your system clean.
Day 4:
On the fourth day you will have only bananas and milk. You can take as much as 8 bananas and 3 to 4 glasses of milk. You may feel that just 8 bananas for the whole day and 4 glasses of milk may not be filling and you will be hungry for most of the time. But when you follow it, you will be surprise to see that you can stay full with the amount of bananas and milk mentioned and you will never feel hungry.
Day 5:
Day 5 is what you call the feast day for you. After four days of eating only fruits and vegetables, on the fifth day of this diet plan you can have a cup of rice for your lunch. You are also required to consume 6 large tomatoes on this day. By the fifth day your body will start producing more uric acid. So you have to increase the amount of water that you drink. You must increase it to 15 glasses of water throughout the day.
Some of you might have aversion to tomatoes and do not like to have it either raw or cooked. In that case there is a solution. Make a puree out of the tomato and make soup by adding pepper, salt, cumin and coriander. This will be taste better and you can have it throughout the day.
Day 6:
Along with rice you may have all the vegetables that you consume. It is also important that you drink 8 to 12 glasses of water. By the sixth day your body will feel very light, much lighter than you felt during the first or second days. Now you will have no problem consuming only vegetables and fruits. Drinking lots of water will flush out all the unwanted materials from your digestive system and cleanse it, making it perform its functions more effectively. You will feel more energetic and will be able to do your tasks efficiently, without feeling tired.
Day 7:
This is the final day of the GM diet and on this day you may have a cup of rice and also all the vegetables you would love to have. You are also to take fruit juice.
