1. Cancel any subscriptions or even memberships that you don't need or use regularly. There are many subscriptions and memberships that many people have and hardly use such as Netflix, various magazines, Hulu and more. So, once you're not actually using these services, then you should stop paying for them. This includes various other things you pay for regularly such as cable TV. You should find ways to cut back such as by eating out less often. You should also be careful about how you spend money on clothes, health items and more so that you can save more money. 3. Sell the stuff you don't need on Amazon, Gumtree etc. The chances are quite high that you have many items that you don't need and don't use. This includes clothes, electronics, devices, etc. It is easy to make some extra cash by selling these items online. There are even local recycling centers that you can use to recycle certain belongings such as laptops, televisions, cameras etc.

You can make money by charging an entrance fee. As a result, you can make money via this fee as well as selling your used items. Since you can get your friends and family to sell in your garage sale, this enables everyone to make extra cash.
