How To Have More Cash By Cutting Back

By Alyssa Martinez @ItsMariaAlyssa

1. Cancel any subscriptions or even memberships that you don't need or use regularly. There are many subscriptions and memberships that many people have and hardly use such as Netflix, various magazines, Hulu and more. So, once you're not actually using these services, then you should stop paying for them. This includes various other things you pay for regularly such as cable TV. Unfortunately, many people buy cable TV and hardly ever use it. This is because there are alternative ways to access better quality media and entertainment such as through YouTube, Netflix, torrent sites etc.

2. Look closely at your expenses that vary such as your food, insurance, gas, phone bill etc. You should check to see if there are ways you can get cheaper insurance or even reduce your phone bill. You should find ways to cut back such as by eating out less often. You should also be careful about how you spend money on clothes, health items and more so that you can save more money. Taking out a same day loan can help you pay off expenses.

3. Sell the stuff you don't need on Amazon, Gumtree etc. The chances are quite high that you have many items that you don't need and don't use. This includes clothes, electronics, devices, etc. It is easy to make some extra cash by selling these items online. There are even local recycling centers that you can use to recycle certain belongings such as laptops, televisions, cameras etc.

4. Sell things you don't want to your friends, family members or even at a pawn store. By selling your items to cash converters, you can quickly get money. These stores typically sell and buy many different types of items, so they will likely want to purchase whatever you have to sell. You can even post these items on your social media pages so that the people on your friends list can see and possibly purchase. There is a good chance that a friend would want to purchase an item you have for sale because it would be much cheaper than buying it new in a store. Some examples of these types of items include electronics, baby stuff, designer clothes, computers etc.

5. Have a garage sale or a clothing swap at your home. You can host one of these sales in your home and even have other people come to sell their used items. You can make money by charging an entrance fee. As a result, you can make money via this fee as well as selling your used items. Since you can get your friends and family to sell in your garage sale, this enables everyone to make extra cash.
