Outfit #2 Fringe doesn't have to look rugged or casual, you can make it look sleek and modern if you choose the right pieces. Here, I styled these Dolce Vita fringe booties with this tie-sleeve dress from Reiss. Fringe is also popular in jewelry. I added this fringe pendant from Bauble Bar to complete the look, along with this black Vince Camuto shoulder bag.
Outfit #3 The fringe trend definitely lends itself well to casual and it definitely can look more rugged. When you accessorize with fringe this way you don't have to look like Annie Oakley. It can be done in a more subdued and stylish manner. Just keep in mind a little goes a long way. It's better if a pair of fringe booties, like this pair from Sam Edelman, is the only fringe statement, like it is here with this denim skirt from Lucky Brand and grey cashmere sweater from Theory, than it would be if you decided to wear it with a fringe vest and fringe handbag.
