The news networks are full of the pomp and ceremony of Trump's visit to London. I like these photos better, because they show how most British citizens really feel about Trump's visit.
And to Trump's disappointment, he's not really getting the full-blown state visit that others have received. President Obama was allowed to stay in Buckingham Palace, got a gold carriage procession down the mall led by the Horse Guards, and was invited to speak before Parliament. Trump is not getting any of that.
The Royal Family and British government has to be nice to Trump. With their current troubles, they can't afford to make Trump mad -- and probably suffer tariffs (or worse). But they, in these ways, have made it clear which American leader they liked and respected, and which they did not.
