Call your carrier and let them know you're receiving calls from an unknown number to have this service enabled.Once that happens, you can use CheckPeople.com or another people finder to see whom the number is registered to.
If your phone company offers this service, the operator will ask you when you got these calls and to confirm your name and address.

Turn on 'Silence Unknown Callers'
