I'm a huge fan of face mists, especially ones that smell like roses. For years I used rosewater, lately I've been using whatever I can easily get my hands on.
A little while ago I was sent the House of Immortelle Rose Facial Mist to review and it's all I've been using since it arrived.
Firstly, I love the rose scent. If I could have all my skin care rose scented I would, it's one of my all time favorite scents. Lancome used to make a rose scented Juicy Tube, that was awesome. Anyhow, we're not talking about Juicy Tubes (that we still can't get in Australia! I have no idea why they discontinued them they were the best. They've been available in the US for over two years now but we still don't have them here, I'm so annoyed.)
For a while there I forgot how much I love face mists. I added them back into my routine over a year ago and they've made such a huge difference. The House of Immortelle Hydrating Rose Facial Mist is gorgeous. It smells amazing, it's hydrating without being sticky and works really well both under and over make-up. I use the full size bottle at home and mist it on before my serums. I carry the small bottle in my handbag and use it to soothe and hydrate throughout the day when my skin is feeling irritated or dry.
I'll definitely be purchasing a replacement when I've used my bottles. The 100ml bottle costs $39.98.
Ingredients: rose floral water, polysorbate20, almond glycerides, rosa damascena, geranium.
