Horse gram Paneer Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
- Horsegram noodles – 1 pocket
- Panner – 15 small cubes
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Onion – 1 small diced
- Cabbage – 2 tbsp
- Carrot 2 – tbsp
- Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
- Butter – 2 tbsp

Method:
1. Boil 180 grams of noodles in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes.
2. Drain the water and let it cool.
3. Heat Butter in a pan.
4. Add paneer and stir fry till golden brown keep it aside.
5. Heat Butter in a pan.
6. Add garlic and saute.
7. Add onion and saute till golden brown.
8. Add chopped vegetables, and saute.
9. Let cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
10. Add tastemaker and mix well.
11. Add paneer.
12. Add cooked noodles and add tomato sauce.
13. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
14. Serve warm.
