Pacific Beer Chat From Central City Brewers & Distillers in Surrey comes their "Hopping Mad Cider". The cider pours a very light yellow colour with a white head. The aroma consists of apples, citrusy lemon and floral hops. The flavour is of apple, lemon, grassy hops and some sweetness. The alcohol content comes in at 5%. This is not a sweet or dry cider but in between. Im not really a cider fan but I have already crushed a few of these cans.
