BYOB (Build Your Own Bucket), coming soon

Hopdoddy Burger Bar: Craft Beer + Burgers. The original Hopdoddy was founded in Austin, Texas, in 2010, but the restaurant now extends to three other states: California, Arizona, and Colorado. Each location places an emphasis on keeping it local, using local ingredients whenever possible, and of course serving local beer. And here in Colorado, we love our beer. But with just 12 taps at the Denver location, (which might seem more than sufficient to many people), sometimes it’s just not enough for the craft beer enthusiast. So Hopdoddy at Union Station decided to vastly expand its selection of bottles and cans.

Coming soon in the new year, Hopdoddy is rolling out a new happy hour special called BYOB: Build Your Own Bucket. For just $25, customers can choose five local craft beers and/or ciders to complete their bucket. It’s a great way to try out new beers with a friend so you can share them all without going overboard.

The beers and ciders will be available on a rotating basis, with many seasonals thrown into the mix. The photos here show examples of some of what Hopdoddy will offer as part of the BYOB promotion.

Kennebec Fries with Green Chile Queso, just $5 during Happy Hour

In addition to new BYOBs, Hopdoddy also offers an impressive $5 Happy Hour Menu. From 3-6:30 pm, Monday-Friday, all craft drafts, signature sips, and wine are $5. And the food specials are just as exciting. All fries are $5 (Truffle Fries, Chile Con Queso, and Green Chile Queso). Even the seasonal burger, which can be upwards of around $12 at full price, is also just $5.

In other beer news, Pint Nights have recently started at Hopdoddy Union Station. On Pint Nights, brewers and/or brewery reps will be present to answer questions, do giveaways, etc. Currently there are five Pint Nights scheduled for December and January:

Hopdoddy is one of the best restaurants in Denver for beer lovers. And now there is even more reason to stop in and be a part of all the new and exciting developments in the Hopdoddy beer program!
