How Do Our Customers Use Honeydew Melon Fragrance Oil?
Homemade candle makers can use this melon fragrance oil in their own recipes. Any scented candle recipe that has been made with either vegetable waxes or paraffin wax can include a maximum of 10% for this scent. Joy wax and wow wax will both perform perfectly for this fragrance oil. Also, the scent will remain nice and strong in products made of soy wax. If you want to color your candle products, then we suggest using either two drops of green liquid candle dye along with four drops of yellow liquid candle dye or using a small amount of shredded green color block with yellow color block per four pounds of wax. Remember that you should never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.
Our customers can create scented air fresheners using this fruity fragrance oil. Potpourri and incense can both be created using this strong fragrance. Any homemade cleaning products can use no more than 3.3% of this scent in their homemade craft recipes. Also, the scent can be used to create strongly scented aroma beads. While this fragrance oil is gel wax compatible, it is still the customers responsibility to test each fragrance.
A wide variety of bath and body products can be created using this sweet honeydew fragrance oil. Bath oils, bath gels, soaps, lotions, and so many more bath and body products can be created using a maximum of 5% for this scent. Also, perfumes will perform perfectly as long as the fragrance oil concentration is no more than 5% in the perfume oil recipe. Further, any method of making soap can include this fragrance oil successfully. For instance, our Cold Process Soap Testing Results have revealed that our Honeydew Melon Fragrance Oil is perfect for this method of making homemade scented soaps. Not only does this scent produce a perfect pour, but the characteristics of the batch are favorable. A soap batch containing this fragrance oil will have no ricing, no acceleration, and no separation. The final product will have a strong scent retention and the bar will discolor to a dark cream hue. While there is a vanillin content, it is a very low amount of 0.15%. Thus, it may be unlikely that vanila white stabilizer will prevent the discoloration in soap caused by this fragrance. There are more than forty ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that could be causing the discoloration of products. If you want to add a colorant to your soap, then we suggest using green liquid soap and yellow liquid soap dye in the amount you desire. Just remember to never use candle dye in any body products.
