From Brewsters Brewing Company out of Calgary, Alberta comes their "Honest Paul IPA". The beer pours a copper orange colour with an off white head. The aroma consists of malts, floral hops, orange and citrus. The flavour is of caramel, citrus, tropical fruit, herbal and medium hops bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 6.5% with an IBU of 70. Event with an IBU of 70 I would call this more of an English IPA. You would not go wrong having a six pack of this in your fridge for a rainy day.
