Kale Chips
This week’s Foodie Friday opens a new door into the world of healthy snacking. Kale is a newly popular and nutrient-rich veggie, and it can be baked into delicious chips right at home. Check out the recipe and get snacking!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch – kale
- 1 tablespoon – olive oil
- 2 teaspoons – salt
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Remove kale leaves from stems and tear into bite-size pieces. Wash and dry the kale well in a salad spinner.
Step 3
Place kale on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until edges are brown but not burnt.
