Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola
There are times when I plan to do something and in the middle of the recipe I change my mind. This granola was supposed to turn into granola bars but while I was waiting for the honey to warm a little hubby walked into the kitchen, saw me mixing the oats with the cranberries and said : mmm, you're making granola. Now, I could have made bars and while those were in the oven mix another batch but since I'm Queen of Lazy Town I skipped the bars and spread the mixture on two cookie trays, baked for couple of minutes and voila, my granola was done.

Before I share the recipe with you I want to talk a little about the new Wiki Project
Homemade Granola
I'm pretty sure almost all of us has at least once used Wikipedia and saw how helpful it is. As foodies we all want to know as much as possible about other countries cuisine especially when traveling abroad, tasting local food is often high on most of us to-do lists."What should I order?", an inevitable question faced by us sitting in a restaurant, in a foreign country. The people voice was heard and now we can all enjoy MyCityCuisine   MyCityCuisine is a project to create a free, reliable and up-to-date guide to the most original and tasty local foods from different countries of the world. This is an open project, so everyone is encouraged to contribute to it.
Back to granola, please excuse me if I don't make much sense, it's past 1 am
