Home Made Chicken Curry

My Home made chicken curry By Tanita Dighton

  • 3 chicken breast
  • Tablespoon of tomato purée
  • Half onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Mushroom
  • 3 chicken stock cube made up of 350ml hot water depending on how much you want to make
  • about table spoon of corn flour made up with water
  • tablespoon or more if want hotter medium/hot curry powder

Firstly cut up the chicken into small pieces and cook, Once cooked leave to one side to cool. Then finally chop up the Onion, garlic and mushroom
Heat a pan with a little dash of oil once hot drop in the garlic and onion and leave the mushroom to later once there starting to cook tip in the curry powder and mix in with wooding spoon, then add table spoon of tomato puree then mix together then add the made up chicken stock bring to the boil then turn down to simmer and add the chicken and the mushroom

Leave to simmer for 20 mins and add the corn flour mix to thicken to how you want it.
