Sattu mavu/Energy mix / Home made cerelac for babies is one of the rich foods which gives wholesome energy and strength. It is filling and I used to have it for my breakfast made my by mom. This can be consumed by everyone, even by our grandparents, but for babies strictly above ten months.
I started to prepare this from ninth month end so that I can give her the first tenth month food. I have used almost 15 ingredients and I sprouted certain cereals which could increase the nutritional value.
