We were chatting with Joann when the girls' school bus drove by. Holly got all excited. I looked down and said, "Not now Holly. The girls have track today."
Holly kept getting more excited, so I just ignored her. Joann looked behind us and said, "Aren't those the girls?"
Sure enough, track was cancelled. The girls walking down the block. I shouldn't doubt Holly. She is a dog who always knows where her girls are and when they are coming home. When she started going crazy, I should have realized that the girls were coming down the block. I learned my lesson. I'll pay attention next time.
