Fire Marshal
The County of Riverside is seeking applications for the County Fire Marshal to support the Riverside County Fire Department and the contracted Partner Cities. This position is located at the County Administrative Center location. This position is characterized by the responsibility to direct, manage and lead the operation of the County Fire Department’s Office of the Fire Marshal functions, including supervising Fire Marshal staff, budget preparation, and advising the County Fire Chief as a subject matter expert on all fire and building codes and development issues as they relate to fire prevention and fire protection. Could be assigned within the Incident Command System, to major incidents and/or Emergency Operations Center.
