Hog Wash IPA – Marten Brewing Co

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Marten Brewing Co in Vernon in the Okanagan comes their "Hog Wash IPA". The beer pours a deep amber colour with an off white head. The aroma consists of malts, caramel, fruit and floral hops. The flavour is of caramel, mild tropical fruit, melon, bitterness, pine and some resin. The alcohol content comes in at 6% with an IBU of 70. I would certainly order anouther glass of this next time I find myself up in Vernon.
