On a certain social site, the question is often asked, “What’s on your mind?”
Well, here’s what’s on my mind today.
The recent goings on of A&E versus Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty..
The hullabaloo that was made over his personal; and might I add, faith-based, opinions regarding homosexuality..
Amongst other things..
That resulted in his ‘suspension’ from the show, proved one point that many a conservative blogger has said repeatedly.
That being if enough people, unite under a banner; regardless of the cause..
Things can be accomplished that otherwise would more than likely never happen.
All you have to do is look at the backlash of support that Robertson received from viewers all over this country..
Which resulted in a reversal of A&E’s liberalistic decision and thus doing away with said ‘suspension’ to see that.
Now just imagine if you will…
Imagine enough people uniting under the banner of restoring this Nation..
Replacing the values and morality that have disappeared in years gone by.
Imagine enough people gathering together; speaking out; standing up and not only voicing their opinions but using their votes to replace those who do not hear the voice of the people but act contrary to the good of this nation.
We have a chance to do just that.
I know it’s only January, but it’s never too soon to act.. to unite… to strengthen our cause.. to prepare..
Because November will be here soon enough and with it the opportunity to change the faces of those who represent us.
United we stand… divided, we fall.
The fate of our Nation is in our hands..
