High Socks Mosaic IPA – Twin Sails Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Twin Sails Brewing in Port Moody comes their "High Socks Mosaic IPA". The beer pours a very cloudy orange with a white head. The aroma consists of pineapple, dank hops, fruity and floral hops. The flavour is of pineapple, tropical fruits, dank hops, herbal, resin and bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 7% with an IBU of 45. Like the beers before this one this is a really tasty beer coming from Twin Sails.

Commercial Description: 100% Mosaic IPA is another one of our single hopped NE style hazy IPAs. This time we used Mosaic, one of our favourite hops. You'll get big notes of Pineapple and candied tropical fruit followed by some slight resinous, dank flavours. We kept the body big to hold up to the huge flavours of the Mosaic hop and for a beer that clocks in at 7% ABV, it is incredibly crushable.
