Over the past 6 months, I have been struggling to maintain my blogging schedule. I had a time, where I posted just 1 article a month.

There were so many reasons why I was not able to post regularly, but the major reason was my academics. I found it too difficult to concentrate in both.

But, I have found my rhythm back. This time, it’s even better.

Maybe this was due to this summer vacation, I found enough time to write blog posts. But, I am very sure, I will keep up my blogging schedule this time, even after the summer vacation ends.

Removed Google Auto Ads:

In my last income report, I mentioned using Google Auto ads. But, then I decided to stop using it. Because I was little annoyed with too many ads. Though it generates a small revenue out of my website, it shouldn’t be disturbing user experience.

And, so I removed Auto ads and now I have only 2 ads on my website.

I hope now, the reader experience is a lot better. I guess Adsense team should have a look at their Auto ads to place the minimum number of ads with higher CPC.

And let’s move on to see my traffic.

Traffic report:

Here is my audience overview for May 2018

This is how my usual audience overview looks like. Unlike my previous income report, where I got suspicious traffic.

But, then there is a big shock to me.

Why is the bounce rate so high?

No idea as of now.

I should check my traffic source to identify this.

This traffic source shows a lot of referral traffic for this Cenmax Giveaway. I guess the high bounce rate is also due to this Giveaway. People visit randomly from other websites to check what is the Giveaway going on here.

This was the biggest income that I ever received. I do accept, the majority of this income came from Sponsored Reviews.

I received them all in the form of memberships but nothing in hard cash. Anyway, I am happy with what I have received.

And that CJ Dormant fees were levied because I haven’t brought any affiliate sales in CJ for many months. I hate this Dormant fees.
