My greeting to fall, and the beautiful month of October. Inspired by the view out my desk window of the changing leaves of Autumn. I'm very happy to be in favorite season, beautiful winds with crisp air and apples!
Pumpkin and spice are also in season. I won't be going for any of the lattes, I tried one of the Starbucks seasonal drinks once and gagged. I wanted my four dollars back, just wasn't for me. That experience didn't' put me off pumpkin themed delights all together I'm currently looking up some vegan pumpkin spiced muffins, my only concern is that I'm not much of a baker outside of adding water and putting it in the oven but I'm going to give it a shot.
