Happy October 1st everyone! October is one of my favorite months of the year in Dallas. Right when the Weather Man knows I’m at my absolute wit’s end with the heat, October hits! I finally get to pull out my cozy sweaters and boots, drink pumpkin spice lattes, play in pumpkin patches and engage in every other delicious fall cliché you can think of (cough* eat copious amounts of candy corn *cough).
