Pacific Beer Chat From Backroads Brewing in Nelson comes their "Hefeweizen". The beer pours a mildy cloudy and deep golden colour with a white head. The aroma consists of wheat, banana, spices and some sweetness. The flavour is of what, banana, citrus, grain, wheat and sweetness. The alcohol content comes in at 5% with an IBU of 13. This is not a style I gravitate to but this one was well made and enjoyable.
