I was called to repair this Vaillent ecotec 831 combination boiler in a rented flat in Willesden Green. The tenent said that the boiler pressure was too low, so they tried to increase the pressure. I got the boiler working again but the system pressure went pass 3 bar. A closer look confirmed that the expansion vessel is faulty. When you release air from the tire valve…water started gushing out…Rubber split…Rubber to metel joint came apart…I dont no.. I am no super man………… Got the boiler repaired the next day, Happy tements..makes happy lanloads. ( See Video 01 to get more bored)
