#HealthyMommy Week 9-- #2WeekChallenge with #Mamavation Starts on Monday!

The #2WeekChallenge starts on Monday!!  I'm excited, yet a little nervous. Some of the exercises are going to be hard on my post-baby body (Burpees, I'm talking to you!!). I'm going to try my hardest though!
For those who don't know yet: Starting on Sept. 16th, I am joining Mamavation.comin their #2WeekChallenge event. Almost every day for two weeks, I will be completing an exercise routine that varies every day, plus watching my food intake. The goal is to lose a few poundsANDa few inches. I'm hoping to do both!  I'll be reporting my progress on Twitter and in my weekly #HealthyMommy posts. This week, I lost a pound. Hopefully I'll see at least two gone next week!  In just three weeks, I'll be walking in the Color Walk 5K in my area!! I've walked a few miles this week to prepare, but this upcoming week I'll walk even more along with doing the 2WeekChallenge. 
Here are this week's results: Week 1: 236 lbs Week 2: 235 lbs (-1 lb)

Week 3: 232 lbs (-3 lbs, total -4 lbs)
Week 4: 229 lbs (-2 lbs, -6 lbs total)
Week 5: 230 lbs (+1 lbs, -5 total)
Week 6: 227 lbs (-3 lbs, -9 total)
Week 7: 226 lbs (-1 lb, -10 total)
Week 8: 227 lbs (+1 lbs, -9 total)
Week 9: 226 lbs (-1 lbs, -10 total)
