#HealthyMommy Week 7 --Revelation
Woot! This week, when I weighed in on Friday, I had lost another pound, for a total of 10 lbs lost in 7 weeks! 
Of course, with the holiday weekend, I gained back the pound, but by this Friday, I plan on it being gone, along with another one of its friends, if not more. 

I had a bit of a revelation this weekend as well. One night when I didn't feel like cooking, I stopped for some food at McDonalds. I was dying for a Big Mac since I hadn't had one in a while, so I got a medium meal with a iced coffee included.  #HealthyMommy Week 7 --Revelation After I enjoyed my indulgence, I decided to check the calories of the food to see what the damage was going to be. Between the hamburger and the fries alone, there were over 1000 calories!  Now, don't get me wrong. I knew going into this meal that there would be plenty of calories. But what I realized was this: I would have to walk about 8-10 miles at 3 mph to burn that off! 
That may not be such a big deal, but I just don't have the time to do that in one day, which is why that kind of meal will be every once in a blue moon! On the day I ate that food, I had walked just under 2 miles, so I took it easy on my food intake for the rest of the day. Oy! Here are the results:
Week 1: 236 lbs Week 2: 235 lbs (-1 lb)

Week 3: 232 lbs (-3 lbs, total -4 lbs)
Week 4: 229 lbs (-2 lbs, -6 lbs total)
Week 5: 230 lbs (+1 lbs, -5 total)
Week 6: 227 lbs (-3 lbs, -9 total)
Week 7: 226 lbs (-1 lb, -10 total)
