This week went well. I walked roughly 9 miles while walking with my friends and our babies.
My biggest problem this week is not eating away the calories I burn. If I burn 400 calories, I think I have 400 calories to use, which is not true if I want to lose weight. I need to stick to my limit in calories and allow the ones I burn to truly be the ones I burn away.
I lost one pound. It's not the two or more I was hoping for, but it'll do. Let's hope the losing continues!
