The Princess has just returned from a two week jaunt to Cambodia. After a prolonged period of rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner I was instructed not to put any curries or other Asian dishes on this week's meal plan. Luckily I have a complete arsenal of simple dinner ideas up my sleeve, so we managed to make it to the end of the week with nary a a rice dish in sight.
Not so our spring menu this week, which has a great quick curry dish. Together with an easy sheet pan dinner, a one pot pasta dish and some easy vegetarian burgers, we have all your meal needs covered. So without further ado:

Monday: Sheet Pan London Broil with Potatoes and Asparagus via Carrie's Home Cooking
Tuesday: Spinach & Sausage One Pan Alfredo Pasta via Kleinworth & Co.

Autumn Meal Plan
Sunday: Homemade Baked Beans on sourdough toast
Monday: Dinner out - Burgers and chips
Tuesday: Lemon Tuna Pasta
Wednesday: Mince and Onion Pie with Cream Cheese Pastry, served with mashed potato and maple roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon.
Thursday: Chicken Schnitzel, served with Easy Baked Sweet Potato Chips and corn on the cob.
