Healthy Granola Style Flapjacks

Another new completely Tejal creation! I asked by my mom last-minute to popover the next as family was coming for a visit…so what could I make quickly to take over – Yes Flapjacks

ingredients:
175g Butter
50g Raw brown sugar
100g Golden syrup
50g Honey
30g Milled lined seed mix ( see picture below)

200g Oats
40g Swiss style Muesli
25g Raisins
25g Dried Cranberries
25g Mixed chopped nuts
25g Dried Apricots
25g Milk Chocolate

Melt butter, sugar, honey and gold syrup in a small pan until all melted.

In a large bowl bring together oats, milled lined seed mix, swiss style muesli, raisins, dried cranberries, mixed chopped nuts, dried apricot and broken pieces of milk chocolate ( I used left over Easter egg shell)

Add the melted sweet butter mixture into the dry items and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with foil and spray with a little oil.

Press the flapjacks mixture into the baking tray.

Bake in the oven at 180c for 20-25mins or until golden brown.

Allow the flapjacks to cool before cutting into slices.

Cut into desired size pieces using a sharp knife.
