My experience is that freezing the yogurt bark overnight has better results. Please ensure that this yogurt bark is consumed within 20 minutes after taking it out of the freezer to prevent melting. Store leftovers in the freezer itself. Homemade hung curd flavored with honey makes a great substitute for cream and sugar.  The fruits don’t just add nutrition and taste, they also make this a very attractive snack! Perfect for the whole family to enjoy during the season of colors, Holi!
